Established in 1993 in Gravellona Toce (near beautiful Lago Maggiore), Gravellona Macchine Marmo (GMM) is a world-leading company in the design and manufacturing of machines for cutting marbles, granite, and travertines. Since its inception, the GMM group has delivered over 9000 machines to customers in more than 80 countries.

Translation services 26 Language Combinations
Our partnership with GMM dates back to 2019. They were looking for a trusted language service provider with a network of international linguists to help translate technical, financial, and legal documentation to export their products to multiple countries.
Translation projects for GMM contain highly technical language that demands senior translators, as well as developing and maintaining terminology databases.
Coordinating translation workflows with 26 language pairs can be a real challenge, even for the most experienced project manager. Our dedicated PM works hard to guarantee the client’s deadline, carry out automatic and linguistic quality assurance checks on the translated content, and update resources such as translation memories and termbases.
While this is something that many clients take for granted, in reality, that is not always the case. Multilingual content quality becomes crucial when it comes to the operation of cutting machinery and this requires trained project managers, standardized workflows, and strict quality controls.
