Our partnership with expert.ai dates back to 2020. They were looking for a trusted language service partner that could help them translate content related to their legal and financial documentation.
Setting up a dedicated translation memory for expert.ai was among the first things we did in order to kick-off this cooperation. We knew it was a key component that would soon lead to increased productivity and consistency across documents.
We also set up a team of dedicated translators with experience in the field to be able to overcome the biggest challenges in this partnership:
The translation of financial documentation is a seasonal need that peaks between February and March of each year. Because volumes increase exponentially during this time of the year, business becomes fast-paced and it can be challenging to meet delivery deadlines.
Terminology and nuances in finance are very intricate and unique, this is why translating financial documentation can be a major hurdle. In this regard, the translator’s work is far from easy, and that’s why they should also be familiar with business and economics.
