Italian-English Legal Translator
YELLOW HUB is currently searching for new freelance collaborators for legal translation services in the Italian – English language pair.
Expected skills and experience
- Education: University degree in Law or Administration, possibly with further specializations.
- Language competences: native English speaker, preferably British or US.
- Work experience: 5 years as a free-lance translator, or 3 years if employed in a major translation company or LSP. Preference is given to candidates with previous experience in Legal firms, Notary offices, Translation agencies specialized in the legal field.
- Professional qualifications: Licenses, qualifications, and admissions issued by public institutions for the practice of the legal profession; registration with public roles and registries; professional qualifications certified by accredited bodies.
- Experience in the Legal sector: 3 or more years in a Legal firm or in the Legal department of large companies or public authorities.
- Basic knowledge of CAT-Tools (Preferred CAT-tool Memsource)
